INKAA is a social enterprise. We work with artisans around Malaysia to create handcrafted goods that may vary in certain occasions from the website pictures. However, when we ship a product we take it very seriously that the quality meets our customers' expectations. In the occurrence that a product does not meet our customer's satisfaction, we offer free return for all our products within 7 days after reception (only available in Malaysia).

• In order to qualify for a full refund please email inkaa.clothing@gmail.com within 7 working days after receiving your order. Quote your order number and tell us why you would like a refund.

• The products must be returned unused and including all packaging. We shall provide a full refund within 10 working days after receiving the returned products.

• The return address shall be the same as sender's address written on the parcel.
